在知识经济获得迅猛发展的当今形势下,对于大型企业人力资源管理人才培养提出了新的要求。为此,企业应按照新的要求,在人才培养过程中,以广博的理论知识为根本,大力培养具有较强创新能力、学习能力、专业技术能力的新型高素质复合型人才。本文根据笔者多年的工作经验,就企业在人力资源管理人才培养过程中存在的问题进行了相应的分析,并从其自身角度提出了一些具有针对性的应对措施。
Under the current situation of rapid development of knowledge economy, new requirements are put forward for cultivating human resource management talents in large enterprises. To this end, enterprises should, in accordance with the new requirements, cultivate a new type of high-quality compound talents with strong innovation ability, study ability and professional skills in the process of talent cultivation based on extensive theoretical knowledge. Based on the author’s many years of working experience, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of training human resource management personnel in enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures from the perspective of their own.
