本文介绍一种基于8位逐次比较式A/D 转换器构成的复合式11位A/D 转换器。文中分析了转换器工作原理和电路结构,整个工作过程完全由硬件完成,不需微机介入,因而具有方法简便、不降低转换速度、分辨率高的特点。
This article presents a composite 11-bit A / D converter based on an 8-bit successive comparison A / D converter. In this paper, the working principle of the converter and the circuit structure are analyzed. The whole working process is completely completed by hardware without the intervention of a microcomputer. Therefore, the method has the advantages of simple and convenient method without reducing the conversion speed and high resolution.
