本年自春耕开始以来,各地在每个生产季节上和不同的生产工作过程中,由于各级政府的正确领导和各地劳模的带头推动作用,在整个农业生产战线上,已取得了很大的成绩,同时也涌现了大批农业生产积极分子。兹为巩固和发扬劳模的积极性,并争取农业生产战线上更多的劳动模范,树立农村中更多的优秀旗帜,为明年生产运动打下有利的基础,因此对进一步开展全省选举劳模运动是非常必要的。本府根据这一精神、目标,特颁发指示,及农业劳模评选标准。务希各级政府在秋收后抓紧时间,结合全年农业生产总结工作,逐级召开县、区劳模大会,在这个会上一方面总结生产成绩,推进爱国丰产运动经验,尤须要加强宣传劳动互助。在评选时必须通过群众广泛宣传酝酿,造成民主评选劳模的高潮,自下而上认真选出真正为群众拥护的各种农业劳动模范。各县、区召开劳模会议所需经费,由县地方经费内报支,专署以不召开劳模会议为原则,若认为有必要召开劳模会议时,经费开支应由各专署自行设法解决。评选劳模总结和劳模名册事迹,希于本年十二月底前逐级汇总报省为要。主席邵式平一九五一年十一月日
