为了搞好观念转变,领导者有几个问题必须坚持:一、必须坚持建设有中国特色社会主义理论为指导.转变观念决不是想怎么干就怎么干.科学地引导经济体制转轨时期的观念更新,从根本上讲就是要以邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论为指导.领导者转变观念的目的就是为了更好地实践建设有中国特色社会主义的理论;转变观念也只有在这一理论的指引下才能健康地发展.
