目的:探讨前列腺素E1(PGE1)对早期糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白(mALB)与转铁蛋白(TRF)的影响。方法:对136例早期糖尿病肾病,在常规治疗基础上,加用PGE110μg+生理盐水100ml,每日1次,静脉注射,连续21d。观察治疗前、后尿mALB与TRF的变化。结果:治疗前、后尿mALB与TRF的水平有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结论:PGE1可有效的降低早期糖尿病肾病患者尿mALB与TRF,从而起到改善和保护肾脏功能的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) on urinary albumin (mALB) and transferrin (TRF) in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 136 cases of early diabetic nephropathy, on the basis of routine treatment, plus PGE110μg + saline 100ml, once daily, intravenous injection, continuous 21d. Changes of mALB and TRF before and after treatment were observed. Results: The levels of mALB and TRF in urine before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05, P <0.001). Conclusion: PGE1 can effectively reduce urinary mALB and TRF in patients with early diabetic nephropathy, which can improve and protect renal function.
