本文以生态系统理论为基础,对幼小衔接阶段小学生的人际关系发展进行了研究。研究采取问卷法,以北京市和贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州460名小学一年级学生家长及其16名班主任为调查对象,进行检测。结果显示:两地小学生的人际关系生态体系存在显著差异,即宏观系统中的文化因素影响着父母的教育理念,进而影响外观系统中父母对孩子的期望;处于外观系统的父母期望虽未直接影响儿童,但会影响父母与儿童的互动。
Based on the theory of ecosystem, this paper studies the development of interpersonal relationships among pupils in the young stage. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the parents of 460 first-year primary school students in Beijing and Guizhou Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture and their 16 class teachers. The results show that there are significant differences in the interpersonal ecological system between primary school students in the two places, that is, the cultural factors in the macro system affect the educational philosophy of parents and thus affect the parents’ expectations of children in the appearance system. Although the expectation of parents in appearance system does not directly affect Children, but can affect parent-child interaction.
