近年来国内外许多学者对男性抗生育药物的研究非常重视,利用电子显微镜技术、激光、超声波及同位素标记等实验手段对睾丸的组织学、生殖病理学、不育症、精子活力及影响因素等问题进行了广泛的探讨。本文就国内外有关人和某些哺乳类睾丸组织学部分的文献资料做一概述。一、原始生殖细胞与性分化动物胚胎的性别早在受精时就决定了。而性分化却较迟。以人胚来说,睾丸要到第7周才开始分化,卵巢要到第8周。
