临床上腹膜后恶性淋巴瘤包统输尿管,导致梗阻性肾病、肾功能衰竭者鲜见报道。现将笔者所遇1例报告于下。患者男性,56岁,反复双下肢浮肿8年,高血压5年,持续性腰部钝痛伴乏力1月,4天前出现尿闭。既往无特殊病史。检查:BP24/22kPa,贫血浮肿貌,双肾区叩痛,双下肢浮肿,余无异常发现。化验:Hb74g/L。尿蛋白(+++),红细胞(++++),脓细胞0～3/HP。ESR130mm/
Clinically, retroperitoneal malignant lymphoma, including the ureter, leading to obstructive nephropathy, renal failure rarely reported. I now encounter a case report in the next. Male patients, 56 years old, repeated lower extremity edema for 8 years, 5 years of high blood pressure, persistent lumbar pain with fatigue in January, 4 days ago, urinary tract obstruction. No special medical history. Check: BP24 / 22kPa, anemia edema, kidney area percussion pain, lower extremity edema, I found no abnormalities. Assay: Hb74g / L.
