近年来,我国林业主要抓了造林绿化与森林采伐,对中间森林生产过程最长,内容最丰富,科技含量最高的科学经营始终未引起重视,森林经营管理一直是我国林业最薄弱的环节。本文着重讨论一下森林经营管理中遇到的困境及对策。
In recent years, China’s forestry has mainly focused on afforestation and deforestation, and has paid little attention to the scientific management with the longest and the richest content in the intermediate forest production and the highest scientific and technological content. Forest management has always been the weakest link in China’s forestry. This article focuses on the difficulties and countermeasures encountered in forest management.
