目前国内的中小学英语教学各自为阵,教与学严重脱节的现象较为普遍,该现象严重影响到了中小学英语教学的正常开展以及学生英语成绩的提升。如何做好中小学英语教学当中的衔接工作,已成为初中英语教师必须要认真研究的课题。一、中小学英语教学衔接问题产生的原因(一)缺乏具有专业素质的教师队伍英语学科具有较强的专业性,需要教师具有系统的专业知识。但是目前国内中小学英语教师的师资力量参差不齐,严重影响到了学生英语水平的发展和提高,很难为中学的英语教学
