“节水增粮行动”是国家财政部、水利部、农业部针对东北四省区实施的以粮食主产区为重点,集中连片大规模推广应用高效节水农业灌溉技术,提高粮食综合生产能力和农业灌溉水利用系数,实现节水增粮增效的项目。该项目实施期为2012-2015年。内蒙古自治区“节水增粮行动”覆盖全区5个盟市、38个总任务56.44万hmz。
