沙门菌耐药性现状分析

沙门菌(Salmonella)是引起人类食物中毒最常见的致病菌,由于抗生素的大量和广泛使用,其耐药性呈现不断增强的趋势.为了降低沙门菌对人类的危害,各国均加强了对沙门菌耐药性的监测力度,文中就沙门菌的耐药机制作一综述,并对国内近年来沙门氏菌耐药性监测报道进行总结,分析其发展趋势,提出防控措施.
