一、集成移相触发器 TC787简介TC787管脚排列如图1。各引脚的名称功能及用法如下图(1)1.1同步电压输入端:管脚(1)Va 管脚(2)Vb 管脚(18)Vc 分别为三相同步电压输入端。分别接经输入滤波后的同步电压,其峰值不应超过 TC787的工作电源电压 Vdd。1.2脉冲输出端:在半控脉冲工作方式下管脚(8)C、管脚(10)B、管脚(12)A 分别为与三相同步电压半周对应的同相触发脉冲输出端,而管脚(7)-B、管脚(9)-A、管脚(11)-C 分别为与三相同步电压负半周对应的反相触发
