心钠素(ANP)是心脏产生和分泌的一种激素,具有强大的利钠、利尿、扩张血管和降低血压作用,同时还能抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统。慢性肾功能衰竭时ANP代谢发生异常。本文对15例慢性肾衰血透患者血中ANP和肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的含量进行了测定,并观察其相互间的关系及影响。
Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), a hormone produced and secreted by the heart, has powerful sodium, diuresis, dilated blood vessels and blood pressure lowering effects, while inhibiting the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. ANP metabolic abnormalities in chronic renal failure. The content of ANP and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system in 15 patients with chronic renal failure and hemodialysis were measured and their relationship and influence were observed.
