目前,我国进口的大批小型窗式空调器有相当一部分是采用旋转式压缩机组。该压缩机组主要依靠进口,价格较贵,加工精细,构造有其特殊之处,维修难度较大。我们在修理中积累了一些经验,供同行们参考。1.旋转式压缩机组的电动机定子绕组和外壳体是采用紧配合压入外壳体中的。所以当电机烧毁时,给维修带来很大不便。关键是怎样将定子绕组从外壳体中取出来。方法有二:一种是用铁丝拉住绕组的漆包线,用拉轮器拉出来。这种方法的缺点是在绑铁丝时不容易平衡,容易拉偏而将主轴压弯或将底座压偏;
