目的：探讨泌尿外科老年病人的护理风险管理方法，减少风险事件的发生。方法：针对泌尿外科老年病人易发的意外事件，制定防范措施。结果：在泌尿外科老年病人中实行风险管理后，护理质量显著提高，护理意外和护理差错明显减少，护理前后差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；患者对护理工作满意率达98％以上。结论：通过分析、评估泌尿外科老年人的风险因素，制订针对性预防措施，有效预防老年病人住院期间意外的发生，提高护理质量。“,”Objective:to study the uropoiesis surgical department of elderly patients nursing risk management methods,to reduce the occurrence of risk events.Methods:according to the urology elderly patients prone to accidents,formulate prevention measures.Results:after risk management is executed in the uropoiesis surgical department of geriatrics,obviously improved the quality of care,nursing accidents and errors decreased significantly,nursing before and after the dif erences statistical y significant (P <0.05);Patients to nursing satisfaction rate reaches above 98%.Conclusion:through the analysis,assessment of urological surgical risk factors in the elderly,to develop targeted prevention measures,ef ectively prevent the happening of the acci-dent during hospitalized elderly patients,improve the quality of nursing.
