任何一个单位和部门要想良好运转和持续发展,其财务管理部门起着决定性作用。近年来,随着社会的不断发展,对单位的财务管理也提出了更高、更严格的要求,现行的财务管理体制与社会发展要求也出现了许多不相适应的问题。因此要对新形势下财务管理的特点和出现的新问题有充分的认识,并加强对财务的管理。分析了现阶段财务管理存在的问题,并提出了加强财务管理的相关建议。
If any unit or department wants to function well and sustainably, its financial management department will play a decisive role. In recent years, with the continuous development of the society, higher and more stringent requirements have also been put forward on the financial management of the units. Many problems that are incommensurate have also emerged in the existing financial management system and social development requirements. Therefore, we should fully understand the characteristics of the financial management under the new situation and the emerging new problems and strengthen the management of the financial affairs. The existing problems of financial management are analyzed, and some suggestions to strengthen financial management are put forward.
