Describes a computer-based excavator character tester. Automatic measurement of excavator characteristics supplied by a DC generator or SCR triac. The instrument automatically calculates the fullness factor, which can be displayed on a common cathode oscilloscope or on standard X-Y recorders to characterize and test the excavator, printing out the test results. It can also be used to test the dynamics of other electromechanical devices.
