目的本研究旨在通过观察复方姜黄胶囊(FC)对糖尿病足(DF)大鼠模型空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FSI)、血流变(CBF)及足部溃疡症状的影响,评价FC的疗效。方法选用SPF级健康雄性Wistar大鼠60只,随机抽取10只作为正常对照组,其余50只作为糖尿病模型组,47只造模成功。按随机数字表法分为复方姜黄胶囊高剂量治疗组(CH组,16只)、中剂量治疗组(CM组,11只)、低剂量治疗组(CL组,10只)和糖尿病足空白对照组(DFB组,10只);正常对照组大鼠仅建立正常足溃疡模型。对大鼠进行药物干预,于主动脉采血,测定FBG、FSI、CBF。结果 CH、CM组FBG水平较CL组明显降低(P<0.05);CH、CM组FSI水平较CL组明显升高(P<0.05);血流变中低切变率、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数及红细胞变形指数CH、CM组与CL组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组治疗后的体重及血流变中的高切变率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方姜黄胶囊对糖尿病足大鼠具有较好的降低血糖、升高空腹血清胰岛素、改善糖尿病足大鼠的血流变和局部血液循环的作用,复方姜黄胶囊治疗糖尿病足的作用机制,与复方姜黄胶囊的降低血糖、改善血液流变学情况有关。
Objectives The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Fufang Jianghuang Capsule (FC) on fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting serum insulin (FSI), blood rheology (CBF), and foot ulcer symptoms in a diabetic foot (DF) rat model. The efficacy of FC. Methods Sixty healthy male Wistar rats (SPF) were selected. Ten rats were randomly selected as the normal control group and the other 50 were used as the diabetic model group. 47 models were successfully established. Conclusion Compound Jianghuang capsule has better blood glucose, fasting serum insulin, improved blood rheology and local blood circulation in diabetic foot rats in diabetic foot rats.
