【目的】比较不同防治方法对哈密瓜-棉花间作田棉蚜的防治效果,并分析不同防治方法对主要天敌种群动态的影响。【方法】通过在田间释放普通草蛉卵和使用5%的高效氯氟氰菊酯2 000倍处理对棉蚜进行防治,同时设置空白对照,比较不同防治效果及田间天敌种群动态的变化。【结果】对棉蚜进行生物防治7、10和15 d后的校正防效分别为54.77%、67.09%和78.26%,对棉蚜进行药剂防治7、10和15 d后的校正防效分别为86.84%、-0.12%、9.04%。生防田7、10和15 d后的田间草蛉类和瓢虫类数量显著多于化防田,10 d时蜘蛛类数量显著高于化防田,7和15 d时蜘蛛类数量差异不显著。【结论】生物防治效果持续期较长,而化学防治具有见效快、持续期短的特点;生物防治较化学防治相比,对天敌昆虫具有更好的保护作用。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to compare the effects of different control methods on the control effect of Hami melon-cotton intercropping cotton aphids and to analyze the effects of different control methods on the population dynamics of the major natural enemies. 【Method】 The cotton aphid was treated with 2 000 times 5% lambda-cyhalothrin by releasing normal eggs in the field and the blank control was set up to compare the effects of different control measures and the changes of the population dynamics of the natural enemies. 【Result】 The results showed that the corrected control efficacy of cotton aphid after 7, 10 and 15 days were 54.77%, 67.09% and 78.26%, respectively. The control effects on cotton aphid after 7, 10 and 15 days were 86.84%, -0.12%, 9.04%. On the 7th, 10th and 15th days after birth, the numbers of weeds and ladybugs in the field were significantly more than those in the field. The number of spiders at 10 days was significantly higher than that of wild type Significant. 【Conclusion】 The long-term biological control effect is longer, but the chemical control has the characteristics of quick response and short duration. Compared with chemical control, biological control has better protective effect on natural enemy insects.
