采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测 39例肺癌组织中HSP70的表达 .结果显示 :HSP70在高度分化的肺鳞癌和肺腺癌组织中的阳性表达率与癌旁正常肺组织之间具有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,HSP70的表达在高分化的肺鳞癌与高分化的肺腺癌之间则无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) .在低分化的肺鳞癌和肺腺癌组织中 ,HSP70呈阴性反应 .HSP70在肺癌组织中表达水平的高低与肺癌细胞的分化程度密切相关 ,而与肺癌的组织学类型无关 .
Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of HSP70 in 39 cases of lung cancer. The results showed that the positive expression rate of HSP70 in highly differentiated lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly different from that in adjacent normal lung tissue. (P < 0.01), HSP70 expression was not significantly different between well-differentiated lung squamous cell carcinoma and well-differentiated lung adenocarcinoma (P > 0.05). In poorly differentiated lung squamous cell carcinoma and In lung adenocarcinoma tissues, HSP70 showed a negative reaction. The expression level of HSP70 in lung cancer tissues was closely related to the differentiation of lung cancer cells, but not to the histological type of lung cancer.
