我厂始建于1978年,是山西省中药材学校校办国营小型制药工业企业,现有职工86名。1984年我被任命为厂长,1988年初承包。几年来,在党的改革政策指引下,企业面貌发生了很大变化。截至1988年底统计,与任职前的1984年比较,各项经济指标都有大幅度提高。固定资产投资由18万元增加到70多万元;流动资金由102万元增加到159万元;总产值由90万元增加到430万元,平均每年递增36.7％;利润由70万元
Our factory was founded in 1978. It is a state-run small pharmaceutical industry enterprise run by the Shanxi Provincial School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has 86 employees. I was appointed director in 1984 and contracted in early 1988. Over the past few years, under the guidance of the party’s reform policies, the appearance of enterprises has undergone great changes. As of the end of 1988, compared with before 1984, various economic indicators have increased substantially. Fixed assets investment increased from 180,000 yuan to more than 700,000 yuan; liquidity increased from 1.02 million yuan to 1.59 million yuan; total output value increased from 900,000 yuan to 4.3 million yuan, an average annual increase of 36.7%; profit from 700,000 yuan
