成人高等教育学籍管理是成人高等教育教学管理过程中的重要组成部分。随着教育部关于高等教育电子档案注册管理制度的出台,成人学籍档案管理从手工操作转变为计算机网络操作的电子档案管理。与传统学籍档案管理相比,这种新型的管理模式具有数据共享度高、冗余度小等优点,极大地提高了工作效率。只有掌握了电子档案的归档和利用方面的规律和特点,才能更好地实现科技档案的价值。同时也是实现成人高校学籍档案管理科学化的重要途径。
Adult high school student status management is an important part of adult higher education teaching management process. With the promulgation of the Ministry of Education on the electronic file registration management system for higher education, adult academic records management has changed from manual operation to electronic file management of computer network operations. Compared with the traditional academic records management, this new management model has the advantages of high data sharing, low redundancy and so on, greatly improving work efficiency. Only by grasping the rules and characteristics of filing and utilizing electronic files can the value of scientific and technological archives be better realized. It is also an important way to realize the scientific management of student records files in adult colleges and universities.
