慢性粒细胞性白血病(慢粒)是一种干细胞疾病,在终末期可以有多种多样的细胞学表现。但是,最终呈巨核细胞变的病例文献报道不多。我院见1例慢粒急粒变,在病程中出现幼稚巨核细胞的伴随增生。报告如下。病例报告男,42岁,1988年12月30日入院。半年前患者扪及左上腹肿块,无痛,未予重视。后自觉肿块逐渐增大,上腹胀,头晕于同年10月底来我院就诊。
Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a stem cell disease that can have a variety of cytological manifestations at the terminal stage. However, there are few reports of cases of megakaryocyte transformation. In our hospital, we observed 1 case of acute granulocyte-transmutation, accompanied by proliferation of naive megakaryocytes in the course of the disease. The report is as follows. Case report Male, 42 years old, admitted to hospital on December 30, 1988. Six months ago, patients palpable left upper abdomen mass, no pain, no attention. Conscious mass gradually increased, abdominal distension, dizziness in the same year the end of October to our hospital.
