目的:评价脑电生物反馈治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的疗效。方法:对2002年10月至2005年10月在六安市人民医院儿科门诊就诊且符合《美国精神疾病诊断和统计手册》(DSM-4)关于ADHD的30例儿童采用脑电生物反馈治疗20次,治疗前后分别测试综合尺度控制商数、综合尺度注意力商数、以及conners简明症状问卷(A SQ),并将其作为观察指标。结果:30例ADHD儿童经脑电生物反馈治疗20次后,各项观察指标均有明显改善,经统计学处理,差异有极其显著性(P<0.01)。结论:脑电生物反馈治疗ADHD是继药物治疗后的一种新的治疗方法,且无任何副作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of electroencephalogram biofeedback in the treatment of children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods: From October 2002 to October 2005, 30 children with pediatric outpatient department in Lu’an People’s Hospital who met the DSM-4 ADHD criteria were treated with EEG biofeedback 20 Times before and after treatment were tested comprehensive scale control quotient, comprehensive scale attention quotient, and conners Concise Symptom Questionnaire (A SQ), and as an indicator. Results: All 30 children with ADHD were treated with EEG biofeedback for 20 times, and all the indexes were significantly improved. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: EEG biofeedback treatment of ADHD is a new treatment after drug treatment, and without any side effects, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
