价值工程主要是针对项目从成本方向出发,不断创新思想,它通过对研究对象的功能与费用的系统分析,研究使用寿命和费用,并且在不影响项目系统功能的前提下完成系统所需要的功能,是一种非常好的控制成本的方法。随着社会的不断发展,价值工程在建筑项目设计中所发挥的作用越来越突出,因此进一步加强对其的研究非常有必要,从而能够更好的确保设计方案的质量。基于此本文分析了价值管理在建筑项目设计方案选择中的应用。
