在我国经济体制改革进入攻坚阶段之际,《邓小平文选》第三卷出版发行了;中国共产党中央委员会召开的十四届三中全会,通过了《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)。《邓小平文选》第三卷出版发行为我们深化改革,保证攻坚的胜利,准备了伟大的革命理论,准备了最有力的思想武器。
At the critical stage of China’s economic reform, the third volume of the Selected Works of Deng Xiaoping was published and published. The Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the CPC held the “Resolution on Several Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic System by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Decision ”(hereinafter referred to as“ decision ”).
