建安企业要想保证项目的顺利完成,在达成质量要求的同时尽可能获得比较大的经济效益,做好建设项目成本的控制是必不可少的工作。在建设项目的进行过程中,由于市场环境、施工过程的突发情况等诸多因素的影响,很难对项目的成本进行精确的控制。本篇文章主要是针对影响建安企业的项目成本的因素进行研究,对如何控制好项目成本进行深入分析。
