前文报道了光、温度等环境因素对辅酶Q_10注射液含量的影响,采取避光(主要指直射阳光和散射光),以及在阴凉处贮藏,可改善其稳定性,延长有效期。但我们在留样观察中发现,注射液室温贮存一年以内,含量一般降至90%以下,贮藏1~3个月左右,绝大多数样品有辅酶Q_10黄色沉淀析出,且pH值有不同程度的下降(灭菌后pH下降幅度较大,贮藏过程中pH也有下降),不适应药品的临床使
