连续测定了两种隔墙形式的六流中间包在盛钢浇注期的钢水温度和包衬温度,在比较各流钢水温度均匀性的同时,并结合传热数学模型分析了它的热工性能。从实践和理论两方面都证明新式隔墙中间包具有优越性。
The temperature of the molten steel and the lining temperature during the pouring of Shengang Steel were measured continuously for the two kinds of six-tundish type of tundish. Compared with the temperature uniformity of the molten steel, the thermal performance . From the practice and theory both prove that the new partition tundish has the superiority.
