咸阳市出台学前教育三至五年发展规划,规划中确定从今年9月起,咸阳市所有公办幼儿园将实行学前一年免费教育。从今年9月份起,咸阳市所有公办(包括教育部门办、集体办、其他部门办)幼儿园将免收学前一年入园保教费,民办幼儿园比照公办幼儿园免费标准减收保教费,并对50名园长、300名教师进行集中培训。据悉,所谓的学前一年是指孩子上幼儿园的最后一年,也就是上小学的前一年。
