目的 研究病毒性心肌炎 (VM )和室性早搏 (VPC)患儿血清抗心肌线粒体抗体和抗心磷脂抗体的改变。方法 检测了 38例VM不合并VPC (VM组 )、 31例VM合并VPC (VM +VPC组 )和 2 6例单纯室性早搏 (VPC组 )患儿 ,同时检测 40名健康儿童为正常对照组。抗体检测采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)。结果 VM组、VM +VPC组和VPC组血清抗心肌线粒体抗体的阳性率分别为 6 3 2 %、 6 4 5 %和 42 3% ,抗心磷脂抗体的阳性率分别为 47 4%、 5 1 6 %和 34 6 % ,均显著高于正常对照组。结论 VM和VPC患儿体内存在自身免疫反应 ,抗心肌线粒体抗体和抗心磷脂抗体在VM和VPC的发病中起一定作用。部分单纯室性早搏患儿也存在心肌病变。
Objective To study the changes of serum antimyocardial mitochondrial antibodies and anticardiolipin antibodies in children with viral myocarditis (VM) and ventricular premature beats (VPC). Methods Thirty-eight children without VPC (VM group), 31 with V VM (VM + VPC group) and 26 with VPC group (VPC group) were enrolled in this study. Forty healthy children were enrolled as normal control group . Antibody detection using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The positive rates of anti-myocardial mitochondrial antibodies in VM group, VM + VPC group and VPC group were 63.2%, 64.5% and 42.3% respectively. The positive rates of anti-cardiolipin antibodies were 47.4% and 51 6% and 34.6% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal control group. Conclusion There is an autoimmune reaction in children with VM and VPC, and anti-myocardial mitochondrial antibodies and anticardiolipin antibodies play a role in the pathogenesis of VM and VPC. Some patients with simple ventricular premature myocardium also exist.
