经国务院批准中断活动三十多年的中国工业合作协会(以下简称“工合”),于一九八三年十一月在北京召开全国代表会议之日起,又正式恢复了活动,这是一件有意义的事情。现将路易·艾黎与“工合”延安事务所的关系、“工合”延安事务所在陕甘宁边区经济建设中所做出的贡献作一简述。
