目的对旱田草进行显微的鉴别研究。方法采用显微方法鉴别。结果根皮层内含通气组织;茎皮层四角处有明显的4个纤维束,维管束多6个,环状排列;叶上表皮细胞通过主脉时常向下凹陷,下表皮细胞可见气孔、1~2个细胞非腺毛及扁球形腺鳞,栅栏细胞呈短圆柱状,叶绿体众多;粉末中可见腺鳞、棕黄色分泌细胞、非腺毛等特征。结论旱田草显微特征稳定、可靠,可作为其鉴别依据。
Objective To study the microscopic identification of dry grass. Methods using microscopic identification. Results The root cortex contained ventilated tissues. There were four fiber bundles at the four corners of the stem cortex, with six more vascular bundles arranged in a ring. The epidermal cells of the leaf were often depressed downward through the main veins and stomata were seen in the epidermal cells, 2 cells were non-glandular trichomes and flat globular glandular scales. Fence cells were short cylindrical with numerous chloroplasts. The glandular cells, brown-yellow cells and non-glandular hair cells were observed in the powder. Conclusion The microscopic characteristics of upland grass are stable and reliable, which can be used as the basis for its identification.
