In 2018, the World Health Organization (WHO) reported 9.6 million cancer deaths worldwide, in accordance with the data collected by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). The fight against cancer and other non-communicable diseases is now a global priority, with cancer being a primary priority.
