高校科技查新工作已进入创新发展的时期。新时期高校查新工作正面临服务对象、服务内容和服务模式上的多重转变,高校科技查新在工作流程、人员培养、管理机制等方面的特性具有推动其未来发展的潜在作用。本文以“未来发展趋势-内在特性-创新发展路径”为研究思路,在梳理和总结高校查新工作发展趋势和内在特性的基础上,提出高校查新工作绩效管理、服务提升、联合发展、人员培养的创新发展路径。
University science and technology search and examination work has entered a period of innovation and development. In the new period, the work of checking in and out of colleges and universities is facing multiple changes in service targets, service contents and service modes. The characteristics of university science and technology in checking new work in work flow, personnel training and management mechanism have the potential to promote their future development.
