赏识教育是周弘老师首倡的一种全新的教育理念,是一种具有人性化、人文化特点的家庭素质教育理念。幼儿教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,为以后的学校教育和终身教育奠定基础。赏识教育在小班常规教育中的运用,彻底颠覆了传统的教育方式,旨在为幼儿创造良好健康的学习环境,尊重幼儿的身心发展规律,寓教于乐,促进幼儿个性的充分发展。本文主要从因材施教、树立自信、多方面引导和家园互动这四个方面谈论赏识教育在小班常规教育中的运用。
Appreciation of education is a brand new education idea initiated by Zhou Hong teacher, which is a concept of family quality education with humane and cultural features. Early childhood education is an important part of basic education, laying the foundation for future school education and lifelong education. Appreciation education in the small class general education, completely subvert the traditional way of education, aims to create a good and healthy learning environment for young children, respect the law of physical and mental development of children, edutainment, and promote the full development of children’s personality. This article mainly discusses the application of appreciative education in small class general education from four aspects: teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, establishing self-confidence, guiding in many aspects and interacting with their home.
