直接冷轧复合方法生产的H62-Ag(AgMgNi)嵌镶复合板(带)材,结合强度大于10kg/mm~2,基材H62黄铜的硬度为110—120kg/mm~2,复材Ag层的硬度大于70kg/mm~2,未氧化AgMgNi层的硬度为63kg/mm~2,氧化AgMgNi层硬度为150kg/mm~2。这种材科在直流28伏、1安培、纯阻性负载下,工作寿命达10~5次以上。接触电阻小于500mΩ,各项性能指标均达到或超过JRC-F继电器设计要求。此种材料作电接触元件有广阔的使用前景。
