板式无砟轨道CA砂浆车的发展现状

板式无砟轨道技术是目前中国高铁施工建设中的核心技术之一。随着中国铁路客运专线建设的快速发展,特别是京津高铁的开通运营,板式无砟轨道技术在石武、京沪、哈大等长大线路已得到广泛推广和应用。水泥乳化沥青砂浆车作为板式无砟轨道客运专线关键的施工设备之一,受近几年市场需求推动,其生产技术和施工应用得到了多家企业和单位深入全面的研究,取得了显著的成绩。水泥乳化沥青砂浆(简称CA砂浆)是注入轨道板和底座之间的一种半弹性、半刚性填充层,为板式无砟轨道提供一定的弹性,起到承上启下的作用。目前水泥乳化沥青砂浆的制作有两种弹性模量配方,一种为高弹性模量配方,另一种为低弹性模量配方。高弹性模量配方用于CRTSⅡ型板灌注,低弹性模量配方用于CRTSI型板灌注。水泥乳化沥青砂浆对砂浆的搅拌工艺要求苛刻,由于受现场线路条件限制,国内外现有的CA砂浆设备都无法实现整体线上作业,只能在线路附近完成搅拌作业后,通过吊装、倒运、泵送等,由灌注车或灌注斗完成灌注作业。特别是在长大隧道及高桥施工时,倒运时间长,将不可避免地影响砂浆质量,并且倒运斗内的砂浆不可能灌注完,剩余砂浆只能倒掉,既浪费材料又污染环境。所以开发研究可完全在线上完成搅拌、灌注作业的砂浆车,将能更好地适应市场的需求。本期,本刊特约稿件对目前国内外的水泥乳化沥青砂浆车进行介绍和总结,并对一种新型的线上作业CA砂浆车进行详述。 Plate ballastless track technology is currently one of the core technologies in the construction of China’s high-speed railway. With the rapid development of the construction of China’s railway passenger dedicated line, especially the opening and operation of Beijing-Tianjin high-speed railway, the slab ballastless track technology has been widely popularized and applied in the growth of Shibu, Beijing-Shanghai and Harbin-Dalian lines. As one of the key construction equipment for slab ballastless track passenger dedicated line, cement emulsified asphalt mortar has been promoted by market demand in recent years. Its production technology and construction application have been thoroughly researched by many enterprises and units and achieved remarkable results . Cement emulsified asphalt mortar (referred to as CA mortar) is a semi-elastic and semi-rigid filling layer injected into the track plate and the base, which provides certain flexibility for the slab ballastless track and plays a role in bearing on and off. At present, the production of cement emulsion asphalt mortar has two kinds of elastic modulus formula, a formula for the high elastic modulus, and the other for the low elastic modulus formula. High modulus of elasticity formulations are used for perfusion of CRTS II plates and low modulus of elasticity formulations for perfusion of CRTSI plates. Asphalt mortar emulsified mortar demanding process requirements, due to the constraints of the site line conditions, the existing CA mortar equipment at home and abroad are unable to achieve the overall online operations, only in the vicinity of the line to complete the mixing operation, through lifting, unloading, Pumping, etc., perfusion car or perfusion bucket to complete perfusion operations. Especially in the tunnel construction and Takahashi tunnel construction, down a long time, will inevitably affect the quality of the mortar, and the mortar inside the inverted bucket can not be perfusion finished, the remaining mortar can only be drained, both waste materials and pollute the environment. Therefore, research and development can be completed online mixing, perfusion mortar, will be able to better adapt to the needs of the market. In this issue, the author’s special manuscript introduces and summarizes the current domestic and foreign cement emulsified asphalt mortar vehicles, and details a new type of online work CA mortar.
