前不久,吉林省向社会宣布:《吉林省城镇职工生育保险办法》开始实施。至此,吉林省社会保险养老、失业、医疗、工伤、生育等五大险种全部建立。以此为标志,吉林省建立和完善城镇社会保障体制试点的艰难探索,取得阶段性成果。今年4月中旬,国家劳动和社会保障部部长田成平在长春高度评价吉林省的试点探索对全国的重要作用。随后,国务院领导指示,东北完善社会保障制度的成功经验,将在全国推而广之。
Not long ago, Jilin Province announced to the public: “Measures for the Reproductive Insurance of Urban Workers in Jilin Province” began. At this point, Jilin Province Social Security pension, unemployment, medical treatment, occupational injuries, fertility and other five kinds of insurance all established. With this as a sign, Jilin Province has made painstaking efforts to establish and perfect pilot projects of urban social security system and achieved phased results. In mid-April this year, Tian Chengping, minister of State Labor and Social Security Department, highly appraised the pilot projects in Jilin Province in Changchun and explored the important role it played for the whole country. Subsequently, the leadership of the State Council instructed that the successful experience of perfecting the social security system in Northeast China will be widely promoted throughout the country.
