在总结我国既有铁路声屏障应用状况基础上 ,探讨性地提出了铁路声屏障的评价方法和应用效果。建议采用列车通过时段的等效声级插入损失值作为铁路声屏障降噪效果的评价量 ,测点位置除应包括各保护目标外 ,还应增加测量距离铁路外侧轨道中心线 30m处 ,距轨面 1 5m高处的声屏障插入损失值 ,以利于统一比较不同场所的声屏障实际降噪效果。按照上述评价方法 ,目前我国铁路已建成的多数 2 5~ 3 5m高的直立吸声式声屏障 ,在铁路边界测点处的降噪效果为 3 6~ 6 5dB(A)。
On the basis of summarizing the application status of sound barrier of existing railway in our country, this paper tentatively put forward the evaluation method and application effect of railway sound barrier. It is recommended to use the equivalent sound level insertion loss value of train passing hours as the evaluation value of noise reduction effect of railway sound barrier. In addition to the protection targets, the measuring point position should be increased to 30m away from the center line of track outside the railway, The value of sound barrier insertion loss at a height of 1 5m is helpful to unify the actual noise reduction effect of sound barrier in different places. According to the above evaluation method, most of the upright sound-absorbing sound barriers of 25-55 m in height built in our country now have a de-noising effect of 36 to 65 dB (A) at the railway boundary measuring points.
