随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,经济改革的不断深入,我国行政事业财务管理工作也应该顺应历史的发展,建立一个健全完善的财务管理措施。行政事业单位经济管理的核心是单位财务管理,它是行政单位事业计划及任务全面完成的有力保证。然而在现如今的改革大潮中,行政事业单位财务管理还存在着诸多问题,解决这些问题对于减轻财政压力,实现财政收支平衡具有十分重要的作用。本文主要从行政事业财务人员素质偏低,缺乏创新意识和财务管理监督体系不健全两方面分析现阶段财务管理工作中存在的问题,并探讨其如何解决这些问题从而在激烈的市场竞争中求生存和发展;希望我的研究能够为以后行政事业单位经济管理研究提供一些基础性的资料,并期望能够得到读者的共鸣。
With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system and the continuous deepening of economic reforms, the financial management of China’s administrative work should also comply with the historical development and establish a sound and complete financial management measures. The core of the economic management of the administrative units is the unit financial management, which is a powerful guarantee for the complete completion of the administrative units’ business plans and tasks. However, in today’s tide of reform, there are still many problems in the financial management of administrative units. To solve these problems is very important for reducing financial pressure and achieving a balanced fiscal revenue and expenditure. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the current financial management work from two aspects: low quality of administrative staff, lack of innovative awareness and unsound financial management and supervision system, and discusses how to solve these problems so as to survive in the fierce market competition And development; I hope my research for the future administration of economic management research to provide some basic information, and hope to get the reader’s sympathy.
