本文分析了采用工业炸药控爆拆除或静态破碎剂拆除铪基础方法的优缺点，通过多次拆除爆破的实践，提出了对大型铪基础梁采用动静结合的拆除方案，不仅提高了破碎效果，放炮次数还可减少40～50％，总工效可提高25～30％。在人口稠密、房屋密集的闹市区，爆破拆除大型楼房铪基础，能发挥其优越性，会收到良好的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the methods used for industrial blasting explosive demolition or static cracking agent removal. Through the practice of multiple demolition blasting, the demolition plan for static and dynamic combination of large-size raft foundation beams is proposed, which not only improves the crushing effect, but also enhances the blasting effect. The number of times can also be reduced by 40 to 50%, and the total work efficiency can be increased by 25 to 30%.
