·备课参考·党的十六大报告指出,要以共同富裕为目标,“扩大中等收入者比重”。这是一个全新的观点,是一个固本培源、为万世开太平的新取向。它意味着在今后的中国,将会出现一个具有中国特色的中等收入者群体。中等收入者:小康路上走出的“先富一族”中等收入者是指在一定时期和一定范围内收入达到中等水平的城乡居民。一定的收入水平是其主要的判别因素,而不必区分其在受教育程度、资产规模、职业种类、价值观念和社会地位等方面的区别,也不带任何阶级色彩。任何一个居民及其家庭,只要其收入水平达到中等标准,就可以进入中等收入者行列。
