新农村建设在政策上的得到国家各部门支持,在现实中也取得了一系列的成绩,在最近几年,新农村的村民也切实享受到了国家政策的优惠,其生活水平、居住条件以及精神风貌都有很大改观,但是在新农村蓬勃建设的过程中,又出现了一些新的问题和新的情况,其中以农村环境污染问题最值得关注与思考。目前看来,在新农村建设过程中应该如何协调建设和农村环境保护二者之间的关系,显得十分重要。
In recent years, the villagers in the new countryside have also enjoyed the preferential policies of the state, and their standard of living, living conditions and spirit have also been achieved.
