目的探讨三维彩超在产前诊断胎儿畸形中的应用价值及意义。方法回顾性调查分析本站在2006年1月至2009年12月期间住站流引产孕妇中163例畸形儿产前三维彩超检查情况。结果 163例胎儿畸形产前超声诊断附合率达98%以上,其中,神经管畸形49例,占30.06%,排为首位,其次是脑积水30例,占18.41%,再次是泌尿道畸形和消化道畸形20例,占12.27%。结论三维彩超是一种安全有效、经济可靠的产前诊断胎儿畸形的方法,对孕期监测胎儿的生长发育状况,降低出生缺陷发生率,提高出生人口素质有着非常重要的意义。
Objective To explore the value and significance of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods Retrospective analysis of this site in January 2006 to December 2009 period of abortion pregnant women abortion station in 163 cases of prenatal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound examination. Results Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal malformations in 163 cases was more than 98%. Conclusions 3D echography is a safe, effective and economical method for prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations. It is of great significance to monitor fetal growth and development status, reduce the incidence of birth defects and improve the quality of birth population in pregnancy.
