近日国土资源部举行了汇报会,针对2013年矿产勘查开发工作如何开展的问题确定了基调。其基本思路是:进一步解放思想、改革创新,以提高能源和其他重要矿产资源保障能力为核心,大力推进资源管理方式和资源利用方式转变,健全完善开源、节流、走出去“三位一体”的工作布局,着力落实四大重点任务和五项重要措施,努力构建开发科学、资源集约、环境友好、矿区和谐的矿产资源勘查开发新格局。
Recently, the Ministry of Land and Resources held a briefing to determine the keynote for how to carry out the exploration and development work in 2013 in mineral exploration. The basic idea is: to further emancipate the mind, reform and innovation, with the core of improving the ability of energy and other important mineral resources, vigorously promote the transformation of resource management and resource utilization, improve and perfect the open source, cut expenditure and go out “Trinity” Focus on the implementation of the four major tasks and five important measures, and strive to build a new pattern of exploration and development of mineral resources with scientific development, resource intensiveness, environment-friendly mining and harmonious mining areas.
