在十八大之后的经济格局中,深化国有企业改革是难以回避的课题。2005年修订的《公司法》为国有企业科学的公司治理结构提供了良好的制度设计与法律基础。众多国有企业进行了公司制改制,作为国家投资并控制的公司,国有独资公司与国有控股公司均是两类最重要的国有企业,在国有企业改革进程以及市场经济体制的建立中均起到了重要作用。
In the economic pattern after the 18th CPC National Congress, deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises is an unavoidable issue. The Company Law, revised in 2005, provides a sound system design and legal basis for the scientific corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprises. Many state-owned enterprises have undergone the reform of the company system. As the state-controlled and investment-controlled companies, the state-owned enterprises and the state-owned holding companies are the two most important types of state-owned enterprises. They play an important role in the process of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the establishment of a market economy system effect.
