患者男,12岁。以“反复四肢抽搐伴意识障碍2年,加重2 d,行为异常”于2005年10月26日入院。患者于2年前反复四肢抽搐,约5 min后自醒,醒后不能回忆发作全过程,未感觉有头痛和头晕,未服用抗癫痫药物治疗。入院后体检:未发现阳性体征。脑部CT平扫示无异常。化验结果:血、尿、便常规、肝功能、肾功能正常,血糖为3.3 mmol·L~(-1)偏低。心电图示:窦性心律、心电轴轻、中度左偏。诊断:癫痫。
Patient male, 12 years old. To “repeated limbs twitch with disturbance of consciousness 2 years, increased 2 d, abnormal behavior” was admitted on October 26, 2005. Physical examination after admission: No positive signs found. Brain CT showed no abnormalities. Diagnosis: epilepsy.
