改革开放促使我国社会利益关系的多元化和表达方式的多样化,为人们表达利益诉求提供了动因、搭建了平台。然而,我国宪法体制内的利益表达机制并未做出相应的调整,体制内的利益表达渠道不畅,甚至已有的表达权也得不到保障,表达机制的这些缺损必然加剧不同利益群体之间的矛盾和冲突,诱发体制外的非理性表达,成为影响社会长治久安的不利因素。
The diversification of the social interest relations and the diversification of modes of expression in China’s reform and opening up have provided motivation for people to express their interest demands and set up a platform. However, the mechanism for the expression of interests within the constitutional system of our country has not been adjusted accordingly. The channels for the expression of interests in the system are not smooth and the existing right of expression can not be guaranteed. These deficiencies in the mechanism of expression inevitably exacerbate the problems of different interest groups The contradictions and conflicts between them have induced irrational expression outside the system and have become the unfavorable factors that affect the long-term stability of society.
